Prayer for Appreciation

Heavenly Father, we thank you for this day, for these two teams, for the chance to study, to understand the world around us a little better, for the health to be here, for the thrill of a sporting event and for individuals leaning to play as a team. Grant that we not take days like this for granted. Give us the grace to play our best, to be a good sport, win or lose, and to honor you with our efforts. Amen.
